Weekend Recap - Brick Lane & Pineapple

Hey guys!

It is currently Sunday night. I'm in bed feeling very relaxed after a lovely bath, and I thought I might as well do a post reflecting and recapping my weekend. So here we go.

After personal training on Saturday morning I headed to Brick Lane with my friends Tara and Alex. As it was fairly early on Saturday it was pretty quiet in Spitalfields Market and on Brick Lane, particularly compared to the busy Sunday bustle that I'm use to. After a lovely early lunch in Giraffe (I was sooo hungry) we browsed the market. We all tried a taster for a brownie and it was one of the most beautiful things I have ever tasted, we were all just too full to buy one. We then hit the shops.

When I got home my parents and I had a meeting with a university advisor who specialises in American and UK universities. It was a really interesting and productive meeting as I'm pretty sure I want to go to uni in the US.

I did have plans in the evening but I wasn't feeling too great. So instead of schlapping to god knows where I had a lovely dinner at Wagamama with my family. I then watched Friday Night Dinner, one of my favourite TV shows, in bed.

Wagamama knows

Sunday morning was extremely exciting (not) filled with horrendous homework. But I managed to get most of it done before having to leave to go to Pineapple. Pineapple is a performing arts school that I go to and today was the first day back for the winter term. It was so nice to be back, I really missed it.

just liked the look of it

the most beautiful bath ever

This week is going to be extremely hectic. My ballet school term starts tomorrow and I have to go Monday and Wednesday (and sometimes Tuesday) as I have an exam coming up, so I think it's safe to say I'm going to be exhausted pretty much all the time. Anyway trying to stay positive. Something exciting about this week though is that tomorrow I had a school trip for half the day to the Houses of Parliament. I'm really looking forward to it (even though I've been before). Lusm if you're still reading what I'm writing.

Lots of love
Ruby x
