The other day I had a lovely day with some of my friends. Here are some cute pictures from the day (check out my YouTube video to see some of my lovely friends in a vlog). Just a quick recap of the day - After personal training I joined my friends Tara, Saskia, Alex and Eva for brunch at Le Pain Quotidien. After a bit of doing nothing at my house we decided to go to the cinema to see We're The Millers. I didn't expect too much from the film but it was actually really funny. We were all laughing outloud and I really enjoyed it. Following the cinema we got Chinese take out and it was beautiful.
One of my favourite things to do is to go to the hairdressers. I don't know why, there's just something I love about it. So since my mum booked our appointments, over a month ago, to go get our hair coloured and cut at our hairdresser Daniel Galvin Junior I was so excited. I got a couple of highlights put in at the top and a few at the tips of my hair, so nothing drastic, but I really like the outcome.
Today I thought I'd share one of my favourite products with you. I absolutely love the Origins products. My skin is quite oily so the oil free range is perfect for me and is not too harsh on the skin. Over the years I've tried quite a few different face masks and I've just found this Origins one to work really well. It's perfect for a girly sleepover, for the night before a big event and it's fantastic to put on a spot over night to clear it up. I've been pretty stressed recently due to exams and my skin has not been receiving the care and attention that it needs. So to show it some love today I used this mask. It says on the bottle to only keep it on for ten minutes but I often leave it on for longer which is absolutely fine.
Beautiful flowers in Hampstead Heath
Apple juice and sparkling water - perfect alternative for a fizzy drink.
Listen to this while reading this post (sorry I had to) -
So sorry this post is so late! I've been so busy with work and all that jazz. But anyway, last week was my birthday! And I hate to disappoint but I did not have a crazy party that will soon air on MTV (I know, so sad). After school on the evening of my birthday my family and I went out for dinner to the Ivy -
few birthday cards
off to dinner
pon the car with the bro (excuse the chin)
brother in the restaurant with my plate
happy birthday to me x
My friend Alex's birthday is exactly a week after mine, so on the Saturday in between both we had a dinner at a Moroccan themed restaurant with some of our friends. Here's a few pictures from the evening -
My weekend has been filled with shopping, lovely food and of course my new look (lol). On Saturday afternoon I got my hair dyed at Daniel Galvin Junior. I still cannot believe I actually got in done. But as the fabulous Sharpay Evans once sang 'It's out with the old and in with the new.' (Lol again). It's only a vegetable dye so won't last very long but I think I may be going back soon for something a little more permanent. Then I can constantly rock the Zooey Deschanel look. Will post pictures of all the new things I bought when I went shopping later in the week as I order a few new things online this morning, so will wait for them to arrive. As it's half term I will be posting quite a bit (not that anyone is necessarily reading this).
